Alphabetical sort of account name.

Account Names now sort alphabetically when they are imported.

This includes sorting after a Tax Categorization has been made, and includes group names as well.

Reset file import after upload completion.

Minor corrections to Ultra-tax tax categories which prevent downloads if certain 8825 categories were chosen.
